Skydiving into Speaking

I had a quick chat with some folks about their fears of public speaking and about how skydiving can make you a better speaker.

In today's business environment, teams do most of the essential work. Making these teams agile and innovative is the secret to success. Every member of the team must bring all their faculties to the table. But often fear of mistakes, fear of looking silly, fear of reproach stops members from contributing fully.
