In your workshop I learned the methods on how to quickly adjust to uncomfortable situations while keeping a positive and can do attitude.

No matter what kind of a situation I am thrown in, the moment I was challenged or asked to do something, I was ready to react to it and I kept moving.

Now I will apply this technique in everything by taking corrective and improved, evolved actions all the time. I am not afraid of making mistakes. All I know is, if I try it again I will get better at it! No matter what it is that I am doing.
